Best Golfers in the World The Masters Golf Tournament held at Augusta National is so challenging and very competitive that very few golfers were able to win the title with the addition to the traditional Green Jacket several times. Although many tried their luck in this exclusive and world class golf course, o9nly few made it to the top. The Top 5 Masters Champions include Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods, Arnold Palmer, Sam Snead, and Gary Player. Nicklaus won the Masters’ prestigious title for six times during 1963, 1965, 1966. 1972, 1975 and 1986. He is also the oldest to win the Masters Championship.
